The WoofWoofWoof Club are great with our two chocolate labs. They love going for walks and actually wait ready with their leads to go! The WoofWoofWoof Club love dogs and it shows. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Sam looked after my dog Izzy for me after very short notice while I visited my Aunt in Chester Hospital. Sam investigated and then suggested where to meet as I am not from the area. The photos she took are lovely and Izzy was obviously having a good time. If my Aunt has to go back into hospital, then I won't hesitate to ask Sam again, she was just so helpful.

Woofwoofwoofclub were great when we needed some additional support for Millie our dachshund. We got great feedback and photos after every walk and felt Millie was was being well looked after. It was really reassuring.

Thanks Sami for looking after Kai last week! We were very impressed by your close attention, always keeping an eye on every detail; your professionalism and caring with Kai. We were ever so grateful for how you looked after him as he was a bit anxious and in need of love. I would highly recommend you after our great experience. Xxx Ruth

Sam offers a great service. My dogs love her and always have a lovely time when she walks / visits them. I was told by other dog walkers / trainers that one of my dogs wasn't sociable enough for a dog walker, but Sam has proved them wrong. Would 100% recommend!
REPLYDavid & Helen says:
We both would love to say big thank you to the woof woof woof club and an even bigger thank you to Sam, we got married in may and had never left our two year old boy with anyone else before and we’re very anxious . We got introduced to Sam at the start of the year and instantly new she was the perfect choice for our dog, who is a fairly large and and very energetic boy.
Sam spent a lot of time and effort to get to know our boy and soon enough he was very excited every time he saw her, Sam was very flexible and professional and was always finding new ideas to keep him entertained.
We actually think she had more energy than the dog, Sam is a very warm lady who seems to have a “nothing is to much trouble attitude “
And we wouldn’t hesitate to use Sam and the service of the club again if you are looking for someone to take good care of your pets, look no further, the woof woof woof is the only choice.

Just had a wonderful afternoon with Helen 1:2:1 training with my springer pup Luna. Amazing to see the difference that 1:2:1 training had on not only my dog but also my confidence in being able to train my dog . I have been given the skills to move forward and have fun with my dog whilst training. Can’t thank Helen, Sam enough
REPLYMaria Taylor-Davies says:
We’ve been so pleased with our experiences with the Woof Woof Woof Club and Sami. We started to work together as our Cavapoo puppy (Bobby) was really nervous and struggling with separation anxiety. Sami worked with us to get him comfortably crate trained and to keep him below threshold so he’s now really happy when we go out and he’s settled in his little cave (I hadn’t been able to go out for a whole year before I started to work with Sami!) More recently she showed us how to move his crate from our bedroom to the kitchen, and even help Booby to settle as we moved to a new house which was another success.
Bobby has learnt impulse control and to channel his barking too.
Sami looks after Bobby regularly when I’m away with work and he’s also stayed on holiday a few times ; for over two weeks during our honeymoon! I can honestly say I couldn’t have more trust in Sami & Bobby is always over the moon to see her. I know that he’s safe and happy & that he gets lots of attention but also that his training continues and he gets lots of mental stimulation.
We happily recommend the Woof Woof Woof Club to anyone in need of training, boarding or behaviour work
REPLYJohn Mawer says:
Sami looked after our Barney for 10 days while we were away - the first time we’d left him. Can’t say how happy we were with the service. He got to stay in a lovely house all to himself (with Sami) and they had lots of adventures every single day. Not only was he exercised in different and interesting places but he was given loads of mental stimulation and training. We’d worked on reducing chase instinct for birds (which he was getting) but Sami kept up the work and extended to squirrels, rabbits and even llamas! We got stacks of gorgeous pictures and it was obvious he was having a great time.
His first stay was around Storm Desmond and it was clear Sami understood the risks presented by strange noises, high winds, flood water etc and adjusted his walks to ensure he was always safe (eg using a long lead near water) It was hard leaving the pup but Sami made sure Barney had a great holiday too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sami and the Woof Woof Woof Club.
Update: we’ve since used Sami and the Woof Woof Woof Club for training. Again a first class service - problem solved. Highly recommended

I’ve loved my walks and training with Sami and the Woof Woof Woof Club since I was a puppy and my hoomans get lots of photos and updates do they don’t miss me. Mummy says she feels happy as she knows I’m in good hands and it’s easy to chat about my problems and needs and to schedule our sessions too. She loves seeing my fun walky times!

We went for a very long weekend to Scotland and Sami was absolutely fantastic. I get very Anxious & nervous leaving my babies (Great Dane and Rottweiller so not easy dogs - my husband and I take one each!) but I felt at such ease as Sami sent lots of updates and great pictures throughout our stay and was obviously very capable to handle both dogs - I honestly couldn’t have been happier. The dogs weee do content when we got back home it was obvious they’d had an amazing time. Can’t recommend Sami and the Woof Woof Woof Club highly enough and I’ll tell all my friends too!

We adopted our first puppy just after we went into lockdown and it wasn’t anything like we’d imagined. I soon realised we were running into problems and little Archie was becoming distressed and my children were getting frightened of his reactions. I contacted Sami not really knowing what to do and we had some 1:2:1 sessions over FaceTime and she followed up with some personalised training sheets for me to follow and build upon between lessons. When things went wrong (and they did) I phoned Sami in tears and three times she put me back on track - once when Alfie needed some emergency vet treatment and I was passing on my fear. Sami was a great help. Since we’ve also had some socially distanced 1:2:1 classes and Alfie’s coming in in leaps and bounds now. I really recommend the Woof Woof Woof Club to anyone struggling with a new puppy - they really do speak a different language but Sami understands and makes it all easy!

Rufus always has a lovely time in his sleepovers with Sami and the Woof Woof Woof Club. We get wonderful updates on his adventures with the team and he always looks forward to his stays... His mum says he looks sad to come home!

My boys are difficult. One is very reactive and the other anxious - we’ve been banned from many local boarders because Jack in particular terrorises people, I was told by other trainers that there was nothing they could do to help. Sami really put my mind at rest; we’ve worked together on sub threshold training and building resilience and Sami’s even got me into running with the boys! She looks after both boys when we go away now and sends lots of pictures and updates which helps me to relax and she never has any of the problems the other boarders banned us for - I think it’s down to handling, she knows what the boys need and how to get the best out of them... Its so obvious she loves and understands dogs - my two don’t want to come home!
REPLYPeter Williams says:
Sami is the most amazing person and she has a great team. On Jakes good days she runs his paws off! During his bad days she engages him in learning and even massages his legs to take his pains away. He’s a huge 50 kilo pup and he’s never been in safer hands. There aren’t many people who can persuade him to do anything unless he wants - Sami is always that person!
REPLYDave Surton says:
I just wanted to say I thoroughly recommend Samu, Helen and the Woof Woof Woof Club - they offer a great service. I was told by other trainers that my lab wasn’t sociable and my GSD was untrainable but Sami proved them wrong m! It turned out they were reactive because they were above threshold and Sami used CC/DS and gave me lots of strategies to keep them calm... Now I can walk them together which I never thought would be possible. 100% recommend all services
REPLYDom says:
We bought the calm jar having done a few of Sami’s Whatsapp classes because with lockdown Dobby was a bit bored with us and missing his outings with Sami! The classes were great and gave us lots of ideas for fun games to distract our boy, and we were also very impressed with the calm jar- there’s no smell at all to the calm treats (unlike processed treats that smell like a tramps old sick!) and they take much longer to finish and digest, even for a 45 kilo male Dalmatian!
Should say Dobby is equally as impressed and can’t wait to run again once lockdown begins to lift - he misses his Aunty Sami xx
REPLYLi Louie says:
Chicken feet are a healthy treat for dogs as they’re naturally high in glocosimine. Because they’re natural they do vary in size - some look like chicken’s feet others look like they used to belong on ostriches but they’re all good quality and my dogs love them. A kilo lasts my two GSD 4-6 weeks so are excellent value for money in my opinion. Thanks!

Being out first puppy rescue we used Sami and Helen to help settle Poppy in and to get her on the right training path. We had three one to one sessions; the first two got us through settling - both in her crate and on her blanket next to me and the second when she began to have little accidents and started shewing. Our most recent session was on recall - being a spaniel of a certain age she just wouldn’t come back! All very successful we can’t recommend enough! Thank you x

It took me ages to find the perfect dog boarder... I’m picky being in the doggy business myself (I see a lot of stuff I wish I hadn’t!) but I can’t recommend the Woof Woof Woof Club - so obvious why Sami’s 5 star licensed... Amazing - my doggy loves her x

I travelled 2 1/2 hours to see Sami and Helen at the Woof Woof Woof Club and I’m so glad I did!
I’ve struggled with my GSP (& to an extent my Dalmatian too) for a few months and our walks were becoming a total nightmare. Ben would bark like crazy at every person he saw and recently it’s started Oscar off too :( - even if the people were a long way off :( I’d resorted to hiring fields for exercise so no one was around, but as things have started to become busier again he’s started barking at the handover between sessions too, so I was hiring a field for an hour but arriving late and leaving early too just to avoid seeing anyone... I just felt like I was running out of options and always in tears, but after just one session with the Woof Woof Woof Club feel so much better.
Ben isn’t cured (they told me he’s a work in progress and I understand) but he’s so much better and I have the confidence to spend the full hour at the fields and have even taken both dogs out around our village where there are lots of people, cyclists, dogs etc and they’re both improving everyday! I will be driving York-Chester again it was so worth it and if anyone else is having issues with their dogs I really do recommend contacting the Woof Woof Woof Club :)
REPLYAnna Taylor-Smythe says:
Barney has had issues since we got him at nine weeks - as it turned out we’ve since become aware of the problems with the Raffles bred pups, but we were totally baffled as he’s our first dog and he seemed to have every problem in any text book we read. Sami put two and two together and asked if he was a Raffles dog and then the story came out - poor Barney, things could have been even worse for him.
We had three different trainers before coming to the Woof Woof Woof Club - the first two seemed to make things worse and then the third introduced us to Sami & her team - and thank goodness the end was in sight... Sami explained how using aversive methods compounded Barney‘s problems (we had been told that all the other trainers were positive trainers but the first two both recommended squirting Barney to stop his barking and we could see how this just didn’t add up and ended up making things worse)
We used Sami’s rehab daycare to solve Barney’s issues with separation anxiety and she taught him to be calm and become more optimistic, within a few sessions his barking had stopped at home too (it came back a bit over lockdown but Sami reminded us to work on Barney’s optimism and resilience and just like magic it went away again). Sami crate trained Barney so he had a sanctuary of his own and within a few weeks we were able to begin leaving Barney for short periods to go to the shops or the gym - we used a camera and after a complain as we left he actually began to settle into his crate and went to sleep - we were really shocked! But after more than a year of only leaving the house in rotation so relieved too!
Sami also taught Barney recall and us how to loose lead walk so he actually walks next to us rather than halfway up the street chasing everything that moves - we couldn’t be more happy! We actually feel like a family now. Thanks so much Aunty Sami x We can’t recommend you enough!

A professional from head to toe, animal lover 100% ,committed and devoted to her work as no other cat sitter we have ever met! I will never be able to thank Sam for all her hard work and loving attention she invests on my three cats on every visit! They love her to pieces and currently missing her coming round to look after them. When Sam is looking after them I know for sure they are in the best hands I could ask for and takes all my worries away so I can enjoy my time away.
Even though she looks after my cats I did foster a dog for a short term and Sam looked after him while I was at work. This dog had several traumas and needed a lot of TLC...Sam was just what he needed in every way. Her knowledge in regards to training and animal care is never-ending, you can tell her true passion is training and caring for animals.
Outstanding professional, I would recommend her 100% and I am so grateful to have her look after our precious family members.
